Thirdwave's GALLERIA NPC5L-R55-G5 went on sale in Japan on September 3 with an RTX 5050 Laptop GPU. Its September 4 announcement listed a tax-inclusive base price of JPY 199,980. The official page for the exact base model showed the same price when checked on September 5.
Adding the listed ordinary Japan shipping charge of JPY 3,300 gives JPY 203,280. This is a simple sum before coupons, payment discounts or extra options, not a landed cost for importing it into Korea. Read the memory and SSD lines beside the RTX name

Fitting in a bag and carrying it daily are different questions
The laptop is listed at approximately 2.3kg; we have not assumed that this includes the charger. Its Japanese keyboard and one-year carry-in repair warranty also matter when considering the purchase region. Someone using it locally in Japan and someone importing it into Korea do not have the same comparison to make.
